Scouting is a part of player development from an early age in developed hockey countries. In our academy we are lucky to have a long-time NHL scout and former outstanding hockey player Oto Haščák who will help your child improve their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses. All reports and analyses are independent of coaches, agents, parents. What exactly is scouting and how can it help you, you can read below.
Reports
It is a professional evaluation and grading of a player based on his performance in a competitive game. The evaluation includes his hockey mindset, skating, shooting, skill, fighting spirit/hard work, offensive and defensive play with the scout's personal participation in the given game.
Video report
It is a professional evaluation and grading of a player based on his performance in a competitive match. The evaluation includes his hockey mindset, skating, shooting, skill, fighting spirit/hard work, offensive and defensive play, filmed and sent to parents. Upload a video of the match (if the file size exceeds 256mb, upload the video to an online drive and please insert a link to this video in the message section.)
Video analysis
It is a professional evaluation of a player based on a video analysis of a competitive match where each of his substitutions is analyzed in detail - positive and negative aspects recorded and sent to parents in a certain format. Consulting/Advice
Is an NHL scout consulting with a parent or player
Each player who has a REPORT or VIDEOREPORT evaluated will have their own CARD (see image below) where their statistics will be stored. They will be able to see where their performance is going and can return to it at any time. Also, a VIDEOANALYSIS will be sent to each player who will always have it available.
